I am fully vaccinated. I had my first Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination on 2/28/2021 and my second Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination on 3/21/2021.
I have had 16 (yes, 16) COVID nasal swab tests and one oral swab test, all results are NEGATIVE.
I wear two masks with an insert between each mask and a face shield during treatments. I also wear a fresh pair of gloves for the entirety of the service.
I disinfect between each client with Marvicide (a hospital disinfectant) on surfaces, equipment and implements. All tools are sanitized with Marvicide before being processed in a UV sterilizer.
Every Saturday the studio is professionally cleaned by a hospital cleaning company.
I use the COVID clean checkout option from Vagaro which does not require you to touch my phone in order to sign your receipt at checkout. Instead, clients will receive a text message and check themselves out.
Clients are required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands and have their temperature checked before entering the studio.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, the flu, anyone who has traveled to a high infection state or anyone with a temperature over 99°. Any client whose temperature is over 99° will be asked to leave the studio.
The Urban Studios is a private studio and clients are seen by appointment only, one client at a time. Guests and children are not allowed in the studio.
